Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To initiate a return, please submit a request through your orders page. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed and issued accordingly. If your return is not approved for a refund, we will notify you promptly. The refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method. Please be advised that it may take some time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and post the refund to your account.
